James Corbett Interview: Judith Curry

James Corbett’s latest interview is with Judith Curry discussing  Michael Polanyi‘s 1962 essay “The Republic of Science: Its Political and Economic Theory.” Michael was concerned about top down centralization. He thought that independent scientists working together would be the best arrangement and foster both self regulation and the allowance of mavericks.  This is of course in direct opposition of what it is  occurring at present.  Thankfully, the internet reformation is shifting the paradigm back to decentralization, albeit slowly.

Scientific Fraud

A poll of 31%  of  “researchers” still trust the published literature even if its not reproducible.

Pathetic.

In reality, these people are not scientists, but bureaucrats. This is what technocracy is really about, fraudsters.
